Patients can now order their repeat medication online. Our clinical system receives orders securely through SystmOnline software. To take advantage of this service you'll first need to set up an account.
Setting up an account
To set up an account for online ordering, please call into the surgery to collect your registration documents. Our clinical system generates a unique password to help keep your data secure. To collect your registration documents you'll need to bring in some documentation of your own. Please bring along a current form of ID, photographic if possible, or in the case of those acting on behalf of another, a signed letter consenting to the release of information. We want to make sure we're giving your details to you and only you.
Setting up an account for Under 16s
Parents/legal guardians can collect registration documents for children up to the age of 13. For teenagers, aged 13 and over, we would need consent before handing registration details to parents.
In line with the current service we offer, prescriptions can be collected from reception from 14:00 onwards on the day after ordering. Please don't confuse an 'Accepted' status on your order with a ready prescription. 'Accepted' denotes that the prescription has been printed but it still may not be signed.
